Before buying a ticket
What is included in the Powerhouse Ticket?

The ticket gives you access to three: The Documentary Campus Masterschool, PROGRESS History Summit and SILBERSALZ Institute, which will take place at the Powerhouse (Händel Halle) from October 26-28, 2023.

Included in the ticket:

  • One moderated lunch roundtable and two coffee breaks per day.
  • Discount opportunity* at three partner hotels. After ticket purchase, you will receive the discount codes. - *Only while supplies last and within the specified booking window.
How can I purchase the ticket?

Exclusively online at You can book and pay for your ticket/s with credit card or PayPal. You will be redirected to Stripe. More info §3 Terms & Conditions

With the purchase, a PROGRESS Network account will be created automatically. You will receive an email with a Magic Link. In the Network, you will set your password and find you ticket QR code under "My Ticket".

Who does the reduced ticket price apply to?

The ticket is intended for students and all attendees from countries with low film production capacity*.

*Reduced ticket for all countries EXCEPT: Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Italia, Spain, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Sweden, UK, Ireland, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, China, Israel

Is there a group discount on tickets?

No, there is no group discount for tickets.

Are there day tickets available?

No, there are no one-day tickets. Each ticket is valid for the entire three days from October 26-28, 2023.

After buying a ticket
Where can I find my ticket?

With the purchase of a ticket, a PROGRESS Network account will be automatically created. You will receive an email with a Magic Link. In the Network, you will assign your password and there you will find your ticket QR code under "My ticket".

Didn’t get your ticket (your Magic Link)?

Please check your spam folder. Did you enter your email address correctly? If this does not help, please contact our customer support (Mon - Fri, 10 am - 6 pm) by email: [email protected]

Is my ticket transferable?

No, the ticket is not transferable to another persons. More info under §4 Terms & Conditions

Are refunds possible?

A return/refund or transfer of the ticket is not possible. More info under §4 AGB

How do I receive my ticket and invoice?

You will receive your invoice by email from Stripe. After purchasing the ticket, a PROGRESS Network account will be automatically created for you. You will receive a Magic Link to your specified email address, with which you can then complete your registration. Under "My Ticket" you will find the ticket.

Is there an app for the Powerhouse and the Summit?

Yes, for the event you can log in to your account with the PROGRESS Network App, there you will find your QR code for the event.

What is the PROGRESS Network?

The PROGRESS Network is a mobile app (downloadable from Google Play + App Store (iOS)). It can also be used on the desktop

The Network accompanies you from the beginning: Under "My Ticket" you will find your ticket. This QR code also serves as a networking tool.

How do I log into the PROGRESS Network?

After purchasing your ticket, you will receive a Magic link. This will prompt you to complete your registration. Your e-mail address and the password you assigned are the login data for the PROGRESS Network.

I have registered with PROGRESS Network. How do I delete my account?

During the three-day event, you will need the PROGRESS Network for your ticket and registration to the individual events.

Users may terminate their user account at any time by sending written notice to [email protected]. The user account will be deleted within 30 days. More information under Terms & Conditions §2 (6)

Regarding the Powerhouse Events
Do I need to bring my ticket QR code to the event?

Yes, the best way is via the PROGRESS Network mobile app. Alternatively, you can print it out.

When and where can I register for individual events?

In the PROGRESS Network (App/ Desktop) you will find all sessions and program points under the menu item Timetable, there you can then mark the events and also register for them.

Do I need to register for individual events?

We can only guarantee your spot if you register for individual sessions in the PROGRESS Network (App/ Desktop) under the Timetable menu item. This spot is guaranteed until 5 minutes before the start of the event.

How do I network with participants?

You can network in our PROGRESS Network both online and at the event on site via your QR code.
